Manchester United host Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford this Saturday in a 3pm kick-off.

Erik ten Hag will be without Mason Mount and Luke Shaw for the clash – and for the foreseeable fixtures – as both players were confirmed to be injured this week.

Rasmus Hojlund remains unavailable, though some reports have suggested that he may be deemed fit enough by the weekend to make the substitutes’ bench for the game.

As for Forest, Steve Cooper bolstered his squad with the addition of World Cup-winning right-back Gonzalo Montiel on loan. The Argentine could be awarded his debut, however, it may come as an off-the-bench cameo as he hasn’t had a lot of time to train with his new teammates.

Defensive duo Ola Aina and Felipe returned to training but the Brazilian is a doubt due to lack of match fitness.

Anthony Elanga is likely to feature against United for the first time since leaving the club in July, and he’ll certainly receive a warm welcome from the home supporters on his return to M16.
