The games Mason Mount is likely to miss as four-to-six-week layoff is confirmed

It’s not been the start to the season that Erik ten Hag would’ve hoped for with Manchester United.

Aside from consecutive substandard performances in the side’s opening fixtures, two of his three summer signings are currently sidelined.

Rasmus Hojlund arrived with a back injury that has kept him out of United’s first home and away outings, while Mason Mount has just sustained a hamstring problem that will keep him out of action for around four to six weeks.

The striker is expected to return to the fold soon but for Mount, he must endure a more lengthy layoff.
