Manchester United winger Daniel James provided an assist for Wales’ third goal during their win over Finland last night.
James, who splits opinion at Old Trafford, was also in goalscoring form with an absolute cracker of a strike for Wales earlier on the night.
He didn’t stop with the brilliant goal, though. James delivered a brilliant cross after running towards the line before Wigan striker Kieffer Moore headed home.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be pleased with what he saw last night, as we’re sure he would have been keeping an eye on his players who are currently away on international duty.
James will get his chances at United this season but he really needs to start taking them, like he did last night against Finland.
For the goal, pictures from L’Equipe below show that he beats the Finland full-back with pace and makes it look very easy. The delivery was perfect as was the finish.
I’d love to see it work out for James at Old Trafford.
