(Video) Alternative footage of Rashford’s free-kick against Wales

Marcus Rashford scored twice as England beat Wales 3-0 in their final group game at the World Cup.

It was the finest moment of Marcus Rashford’s international career as he became the first Manchester United player since Sir Bobby Charlton to score three goals for the Three Lions at a major tournament.

England were stale in the first-half, but a free-kick from Rashford after the break helped kick them into life.

It was a fizzing free-kick that veered away from Danny Ward and headed towards the top corner. The video below shows the wonderful set piece from behind the goal.

England doubled their lead just minutes later through Phil Foden before Rashford completed his brace. England topped Group B as a result of tonight’s win, while Wales crashed out of the World Cup.

A night to remember for Rashford.
