O’Neil provides Cherries’ team news to face Manchester United

Gary O’Neil has provided a team news update for Bournemouth ahead of tomorrow’s Premier League clash with Manchester United.

Forward Antoine Semenyo is sidelined for the remaining games after having surgery for a shin injury.

Despite training throughout the week leading up to the game, Hamad Traore will also be unavailable, with the outing seemingly coming too soon.

The Cherries’ key man in midfield, Jefferson Lerma, sustained a broken nose during last week’s loss to Crystal Palace, with Joachim Anderson catching the Colombian in the face. However, he will be equipped with a face mask to ensure he can safely take to the pitch for tomorrow’s 3pm kick-off.

United struck with injury blow

As for the Red Devils, Marcus Rashford is currently a doubt. He missed the match against Wolverhampton Wanderers with an injury but returned to training in recent days, though he has since come down with an illness, so Erik ten Hag will be keeping a close eye on his top goalscorer to determine his availability.
