Manchester United are reportedly closing in on another January signing.
That’s according to Italian outlet Tuttomercato Web, who claim the Red Devils are in ‘advanced negotiations’ with Fulham for full-back Kevin Mbabu.
Although the Switzerland international only joined the Cottagers six months ago, he has found it tough to nail down a regular spot, and seemingly out of favour with Marco Silva, the 27-year-old looks likely to depart London before the end of the January transfer window.

United, according to these latest reports, are the side most interested with Erik Ten Hag pushing for another right-back, presumably to provide cover for Aaron Wan-Bissaka and the recently injured Diogo Dalot.
Currently valued at just £6m, Mbabu is not only an attainable option, but his signing wouldn’t cost the club a fortune, and with the Glazers in the process of negotiating a potential takeover, Fulham’s number 27 could prove to be the perfect winter signing.
