(Video) Another look at Wan-Bissaka’s game-saving challenge on Zaha

Man United only managed a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, but had it not been for a late tackle from Aaron Wan-Bissaka, the Red Devils could have left South London without a point.

United, led by Erik Ten Hag, came into last night’s Selhurst Park matchup in inspired form. Having won all of their last nine matches, the Red Devils were looking to make it double digits and leapfrog Man City and Newcastle to move up to second in the Premier League table.

Despite starting the game well and Bruno Fernandes scoring a first-half opener, United were pegged back with a couple of minutes to go after Michael Olise fired in a pinpoint and virtually unstoppable extra-time free-kick.

However, following Olise’s incredible strike, United could have easily found themselves trailing – with just seconds left on the clock opposition winger Wilfred Zaha found himself baring down on David De Gea’s goal. The Ivorian attacker looked set to unleash an effort on goal before full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka executed a potential game-saving tackle.
