It’s been a turbulent first season back in Italy for Jose Mourinho but the Portuguese manager is steadily shaping the AS Roma side to his liking, with several former Premier League stars featuring in his team.
Two former Manchester United players are already at Mourinho’s disposal in Rome, with Chris Smalling and Henrikh Mkhitaryan regulars in his side.
Another player could join that list, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s future at Manchester United looking increasingly uncertain with each passing day.
The young right-back was one of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first signings at the club and despite impressing in his first season, his development has stagnated, and is now the second choice behind Diogo Dalot.
Earlier this week, there were suggestions that Crystal Palace were eyeing a move to bring him back to Selhurst Park and according to fresh reports, Mourinho is now keen on the 24-year-old as well.
That’s according to The Sun, who say that Mourinho is considering a move for Wan-Bissaka, who is also of interest to Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.

Wan-Bissaka is said to be waiting on making a decision on his future, with talks with incoming manager Erik ten Hag expected before anything is decided.
The news comes just hours after it was revealed that the Dutchman could be looking to bring Inter defender Denzel Dumfries to Old Trafford.
SN’s verdict…
Three years have passed since Wan-Bissaka signed for United and most fans would have been expecting to have a world-class right-back by this point.
It hasn’t quite worked out like that and to say that his continuance at the club is bleak would be an understatement. Wan-Bissaka has failed to adopt an attack-minded style and looks out of place.
His one-on-one defending is second to none but the modern game requires more from their wide defenders and unfortunately, Wan-Bissaka hasn’t been able to deliver.
