Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is expecting his midfield to put in a good performance in Thursday night’s Europa League semi-final second-leg against Roma.
Coming into the game, the Red Devils carry with them a commanding 6-2 lead.
However, despite their steamrolling first-leg last week, Solskjaer is not taking any risks after he named another strong starting eleven.
There is a rare inclusion for Dutchman Donny van de Beek, who will play alongside Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba and Fred in the heart of United’s midfielder.
Speaking ahead of the exciting second-leg, Solskjaer said: “Donny has been really good in training.
“We’re going to see loads of rotations, hopefully, in midfield when you’ve got Donny, Bruno [Fernandes], Paul [Pogba] in there with Fred’s energy in there as well.
“So hopefully we can dominate and that’s the key.”
🗣 “We have to focus.”
