Confirmed Man United starting XI to face Roma: Donny van de Beek and Eric Bailly start

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has included Donny van de Beek and Eric Bailly in his Manchester United starting lineup to face Roma in the Europa League semi-final second leg.

United travel to the Stadio Olimpico with a strong 6-2 advantage after thrashing their Italian opponents with five unanswered goals in the second-half at Old Trafford.

Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes ran the show to give Roma a huge mountain to climb in the second leg.

The Reds are looking to confirm their place in their first final under Solskjaer as the Norwegian aims to seal his first silverware as manager.

David de Gea retains his place in goal and Bailly partners captain Harry Maguire in defence.

Van de Beek gets a long-awaited start in an attacking lineup that also includes Pogba and Fernandes.

It is unclear whether the Dutchman will operate in a midfield axis alongside Fred or slightly further forward in the Italian capital.

Meanwhile, Mason Greenwood joins Cavani in attack as United aim to secure their spot in the final.
