Cristiano Ronaldo has urged Al Nassr to make United stalwart a ‘huge offer’ in hopes of reuniting with former teammate

Al Nassr have shortlisted two Manchester United players, with one target getting the full approval of former Red Cristiano Ronaldo.

On Tuesday, it was reported that the Saudi Pro League outfit were readying a proposal for Aaron Wan-Bissaka after having a £20 million bid for Emerson Royal rebuffed by Tottenham Hotspur.

The right-back had his one-year contract extension triggered by United at the beginning of the month, which gives them full control over his future and stops him from leaving for nothing in June.

Al Nassr eyeing Casemiro swoop

Daily Mail’s United Confidential column claims that Al Nassr are also prepared to make Casemiro a ‘huge offer’ in hopes of prising him away from Old Trafford. The prospective deal has been met ‘with encouragement’ from Ronaldo, who enjoyed several illustrious years with the Brazilian during their time at Real Madrid.

Casemiro, 32, takes home the most of any player in the squad with his £375,000-a-week salary but hasn’t featured in a competitive game since a Carabao Cup clash with Newcastle United in November.

The report claims that United would be open to cashing in on their experienced midfielder, whom they paid £70 million for back in August 2022.
