Manchester United are being linked with right wingers following doubt over Jadon Sancho and Antony’s future.

While Sancho went public with a statement questioning Erik ten Hag’s comments after the Arsenal defeat, Antony faces acquisitions of domestic abuse.

And according to a report from Spanish publication Fichajes (as cited by the Manchester Evening News), Manchester United are one of three clubs tracking the young Athletic Bilbao winger. The other two clubs allegedly interested include Barcelona and Liverpool.

The 21-year-old Spain international has emerged as one of the most coveted names ahead of the next summer transfer window, with his contact at Bilbao set to expire in 2024. It is believed there is a release clause of €50m in his contract, too.

So, unless he signs a new contract at Bilbao, a move could be possible in January.

Liverpool could see Williams as a potential replacement for Mohammed Salah on the right and the lure to one of Spain’s biggest clubs should’t be dismissed either.

The publication running this report isn’t the most reliable, but Williams is a player I see United looking at if Ten Hag needs to sign a right winger in the future.
