Erik ten Hag is taking 26 Manchester United players with him to Norway for his team’s first pre-season friendly match of the summer.
The 4pm kick-off in Oslo presents an opportunity for the players to get minutes under their belt, as preparation for the new season steps up another gear.
Leeds go into the game knowing they are preparing for a return to the Championship, after suffering relegation from the Premier League last term. They will be up for the game since it’s a rivalry, but we just want to ensure that our lads get minutes without any injuries or niggles.
Mason Mount is in line to make his non-competitive debut for the club. The new No.7 is joined in the travelling party by Lisandro Martinez, who missed the end of last season due to injury.
