Another morbid report concerning a Manchester United player as Antony has been accused of domestic violence, threatening behaviour and bodily harm by an ex-partner.
Antony’s ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin filed a police report against the Brazil international on Monday, which has been confirmed by ESPN.
Cavallin, who is a DJ and digital influencer, claims to have maintained a relationship with Antony for almost two years. She claims the first aggression, out of the four cases reported, took place in July 2022.
She presented photos of injuries to police that were apparently caused by Antony’s aggression and said she also had other elements to present as evidence in the investigation.
This grim update comes at a time Manchester United are preparing to make a decision on Mason Greenwood’s future, amid an internal investigation into the charges previously made against the academy graduate.
Neither Manchester United or Antony have made a comment on the story yet.
Unfortunately, we’re having to jump from one unwanted story to the next, but hopefully the Greenwood ordeal gets solved soon.
