Marcel Sabitzer has heaped praise on Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag for his match tactics.
The Austrian seems to be enjoying life at Old Trafford both on and off the pitch.
So far, Sabitzer has scored three goals and assisted one in all competitions. He lifted a trophy just one month into his loan spell when the Red Devils became Carabao Cup winners at Wembley in late February – some way to kickstart your time in England!
Erik ten Hag is certainly one factor in making Sabitzer’s time at the club so positive, and he’ll be the one who decides whether or not to make the midfielder’s move permanent, with Bayern Munich reportedly open to selling him.
Sabitzer on Ten Hag
Speaking via Football Daily, Sabitzer lauded the Dutch manager, saying: “He has a good plan, good variations during the game. Good match plans. Sometimes, you need to adapt during the game and I think I’m a smart player who can do that, so yeah, I’m enjoying it.”
