(Photo) ‘No to Qatar’ – Travelling United fans make takeover feelings clear at the Amex

Some of Manchester United’s travelling away fans at the Amex wanted to voice their feelings on the current takeover speculation.

After a frustrating and tightly-contested 90 minutes of action on the South Coast this evening, the Reds conceded an injury-time penalty to miss out on valuable points on the road.

The faithful Reds that made the trip will now brace the long journey back home and start preparing for another trip down South on Sunday when United take on West Ham.

Currently, the Glazer family are mulling over the latest offers for the club and deciding whether to give up full or partial ownership.

Bids have been lodged by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, as well as other parties interested in acquiring a minority stake.

A banner was displayed by some fans at the stadium that made their stance on the Qatari banker’s involvement, as it read: “No to Qatar”.
