Manchester United will learn their fate in the Europa League tomorrow afternoon, but all of the quarter-finalists are confirmed.

The only match that went to extra-time tonight was Arsenal vs Sporting Lisbon, so that explains why we are later than usual with this article.

A total of eight teams are left in the competition.

The other big headline tonight was Arsenal crashing out of the Europa League on penalties against Sporting Lisbon.

Europa League quarter-finalists: Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Sevilla, Feyenoord, Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen, AS Roma, Union St. Gilloise.

Stretty News verdict

While there is no team I would fear over the course of two legs left in the competition (we eliminated Barcelona!), I would favour a draw against Feyenoord. A trip to Holland would be fun, though I’m not sure everyone will be up for returning to Spain for a third consecutive round – not to mention we had Real Sociedad in the group stages.

  1. Manchester united can win the europa competition
And shouldn’t fear any team the draw brings them
They beat Barcelona and real betis 2 Spanish teams
So manchester united shouldn’t fear anyone left in the europa

  2. Man u will likely face an Italian team in the quarter finals.
    We are able.
    Bring anyone on.

  3. Every game is a challenge and should be taken aggressively…. all games are so important, any team is eleven aside. So i believe after first winning, we will have to push win to the next game, any team can come in for any game is a game
