(Video) Fernandes nets derby equaliser following smart play

Manchester United are level against rivals City during Saturday afternoon’s Manchester derby.

The Red Devils know that a win today will see them close the gap on their noisy neighbours to just one point.

Although the 20-time league winners fell behind in the game’s second half following a header from substitute Jack Grealish, Erik Ten Hag’s side found themselves back on level terms with around 10 minutes to play.

Marcus Rashford was through on goal but, had he touched the ball, would have been ruled offside, consequently, teammate Bruno Fernandes took over and guided the ball beyond goalkeeper Ederson.

Even though the linesman ruled the goal offside, a quick VAR review corrected the official’s earlier error.
