Manchester United are pressing ahead with plans to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, with a deal thought to be fairly advanced.
Earlier on Friday, United’s football director, John Murtough, was spotted in Turin as he flew into the Italian city to discuss personal terms with Rabiot’s agent.
Now, a video of Murtough arriving back at the Turin airport has emerged, as seen below. As per Italian journalist Romeo Agresti, Murtough is now flying back to Manchester after meeting with Rabiot’s representative, Veronique Rabiot.

Rabiot has one year remaining on his contract at Juventus and the Italian giants are believed to be looking for a sale, with United thought to be in pole position to sign the 27-year-old.
Talks with Rabiot’s representatives are assumed to have centred around the players’ wages but it remains to be seen whether an agreement was struck.
