Video: Cristiano Ronaldo makes it three for Man United with flick vs Burnley after Scott McTominay saw wonder strike denied

In the 34th minute of our Premier League tie against Burnley tonight, it was Jadon Sancho, Scott McTominay and Cristiano Ronaldo causing problems for Sean Dyche’s side once again.

Sancho drifted in from the left-wing, stalling a couple of Burnley players with some stepovers before he slotted the ball across to Scott McTominay.

The Scotland international has certainly found his range tonight as he fired a brilliant strike towards the top corner from just outside the area, unfortunately he didn’t add to his opener earlier on as Wayne Hennessey tipped the ball onto the woodwork.

The ball spilled out to Cristiano Ronaldo though, and the Portuguese forward showed that he was eager to get back to scoring ways as he poked the ball straight into the net, despite having plenty of time.
