Video: Jadon Sancho extends Manchester United lead vs Burnley after silky run

In the 26th minute of our Premier League clash against Burnley tonight, Luke Shaw wrestled the ball off of the Clarets on the left flank before slipping the ball down to Jadon Sancho.

Sancho drove into the box, effortlessly skipping away from James Tarkowski before directing a shot at goal, which was turned over the line with the help of a slight deflection off of Ben Mee.

The strike went down as an own-goal, but hopefully this is a useful reminder to Sancho that he will be rewarded if he stays true to his style of taking on defenders and slaloming into the box.

A little nick off of Mee might’ve carried this into the back of the net, but Sancho has been rewarded for really taking it to the Burnley defence, hopefully he can build on this.
