The second international break of the season is well and truly underway and as opposed to the first break in September, South-American internationals have linked up with their international teammates.

Edinson Cavani and Fred were both called up by Uruguay and Brazil respectively last month but after complications to the pair’s prospective return to the UK after taking part in the international games, their call-ups were cancelled.

No such measures have been taken this time around as the players have both trained with their teams and look set to feature in important World Cup qualifiers.

According to BBC journalist Simon Stone, as seen above, Manchester United are expected both Cavani and Fred to feature in all of their games, with the final fixture between Uruguay and Brazil coming just over 24 hours before Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side make the trip to Leicester.

Their involvement in the game, which is set to be played in Manaus, Brazil, will almost certainly rule them out of the game against Brendan Rodgers’ side.
