After officially being unveiled as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s third summer signing live at Old Trafford last weekend, former Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has been spotted training with his new teammates for the first time.
Having seen his move from Los Blancos to the Red Devils finalised quite some time ago, Varane was forced to wait to be announced formally due to both COVID-19 guidelines and the deal’s last bits of paperwork (The Athletic).

However, after saying hello to the United faithful prior to the side’s kick-off against bitter-rivals Leeds United last Saturday, Varane is now very much a Red and appears to be settling into life in Manchester.
The club has recently provided fans with a glimpse at how the 2019 World Cup winner is performing in training – the clip can be seen below.
