You don’t see enough of them these days, but I love a crunching tackle.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is one of the best full-backs in the world when it comes to tackling and one-on-one situations. He’s not quite so good going forward but hopefully he develops over the coming months and contributes with more assists next season.
When you see the difference Luke Shaw’s improvement has made to the team, if Wan-Bissaka can improve in the final third we will be a real threat on both flanks. A right-winger would be a good acquisition, too.
Roma have had two good chances thus far and forced David de Gea into making an impressive save.
Wan-Bissaka, however, provided one of the best moments so far with a crunching tackle on Peres.
