Manchester United squad v Roma, including Marcus Rashford and Eric Bailly

Strong squad for tonight’s game.

Marcus Rashford and Eric Bailly are included in tonight’s squad to face AS Roma at Old Trafford in the Europa League semi-finals.

Both players were named in the Stretty News predicted XI for tonight’s game, but we not expecting to hear confirmed team news until before 7pm.

United don’t have any fresh injury concerns which is a huge bonus at this stage of the season, but they go into their first-leg on the back of a disappointing 1-1 draw with Leeds United at the weekend.

The Manchester Evening News had photographers at the team hotel and they’ve ran a report stating who was present.

As well as the two mentioned above, Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba and Juan Mata were also among the 23 players spotted this afternoon.

Bailly could make his first appearance for the club since putting pen to paper and signing a new long-term deal.

Manchester United’s 23 confirmed squad members:

Dean Henderson, David de Gea, Lee Grant; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Brandon Williams, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Axel Tuanzebe, Eric Bailly, Luke Shaw, Alex Telles; Fred, Bruno Fernandes, Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic, Paul Pogba, Donny van de Beek, Juan Mata, Mason Greenwood, Marcus Rashford, Edinson Cavani, Daniel James, Amad.

  1. Keep FRED on the bench please, as we all know he loves giving the ball away to the opposition, Cavani must start up top as well,no ghastly mistakes at the back and we should be okay, the ref should watch out for silly tricks and fouls from ROMA players if they end up going behind,a few goals to take to Rome would do us.
