Man United looking to open talks with Wolves for Ruben Neves

Manchester United are reportedly looking to open talks with Wolves with a view to signing midfielder Ruben Neves.

That’s according to Todo Fichajes, who claim the Red Devils have identified the Portuguese playmaker as a summer target.

Following his £16.1m move to Wolves in 2017, Neves has played a vital role in the side’s on-field successes.

Since winning promotion back to the Premier League a year after the Portuguese midfielder joined, Wolves have continued to establish themselves as a top-flight side.

Despite enduring a patchy campaign this time out, Neves’ performances have remained at a high level.

However, despite remaining a mainstay in Nuno Espirito-Santos’ first-choice line-ups, speculation the 24-year-old could move on in the summer is beginning to mount.

It has been claimed that one club looking to lure Neves away from the Midlands is Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s United.

Todo Fichajes report that not only are Wolves open to selling their midfielder, who is valued at around £35m, but United are actually set to open talks in the coming weeks.
