Marcus Rashford made a number of brilliant runs in behind Real Sociedad’s defence and eventually he was rewarded with a goal to make it 3-0 in Turin.

A fourth consecutive win for United in the city of Juventus, but this time against La Liga side Real Sociedad who were nowhere near the required standard tonight.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side created chances from start to finish and could’ve won the game by at least five goals.

Marcus Rashford’s goal came after a terrific through ball by Fred and he didn’t think twice before slotting the ball home.

United won 4-0 in the end thanks a lovely finish at the end by Daniel James.

The stat of the night is one for Rashford as he becomes the only player this season to score in the Premier League, EFL Cup, FA Cup, Champions League and Europa League, as per @ESPNFC.

It’s an impressive feat and hopefully it helps him kick on for the remainder of the season.

United already have one foot in the next round of the Europa League and can afford to rest players again for the second leg.

Solskjaer will be delighted to come away from Turin with this result, a top performance and no injuries.
