Mino Raiola makes his move…

Paul Pogba’s agent has seemingly confirmed what many believe to be the case with the Frenchman at Old Trafford. That is the view that he’d rather be elsewhere — like with the France national team or another club.

The biggest issue I see is his performances this season do not warrant interest from those clubs who have continuously been linked to Pogba, such as Real Madrid and Juventus (via The Express).

Raiola appears to be making a move to try attract interest in Pogba — which I can only understand if the player has permitted him going public about his future and wish to leave United.

Respected Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano quoted the agent from an interview with Tuttosport.

Raiola reportedly said: “I can say that it’s over for Paul Pogba at Manchester United.”

It may come from Raiola’s mouth, but Pogba can only detach himself from these comments if he publicly dismisses them. Can you see him doing that? I’m not so sure.

But what if Pogba doesn’t get his move because no-one of significance wants to sign him? That would be hilarious until it means he’ll sign a new contract at United…
