Loads of Man United fans react to Woodward backing Solskjaer

Ed Woodward told a recent Fans’ Forum that Manchester United are committed to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

This comes after a topsy turvy campaign to date, with our hopes of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League knockouts resting on the final group game against RB Leipzig. This comes after a topsy turvy campaign to date, with our hopes of qualifying for the UEFA Champions League knockouts resting on the final group game against RB Leipzig.

I think it would be fair to see United fans are split over Solskjaer’s future, though I would ignore a lot of what is posted on social media from anonymous accounts. You can never tell if they’re United fans or imposters trying to give us all a bad name.

If the supporters were back at Old Trafford I am sure they would get behind the team and manager. Away from home especially, if they could…

Ed Woodward, on the other hand, is seen as a failure among fans.

His presence has been felt for all the wrong reasons since Sir Alex Ferguson and David Gill left their positions in 2013.

Although Woodward previously axed David Moyes, Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho, he says the club is behind the Norwegian.

Woodward told an online fans’ forum via Zoom in November: “Of course, we recognise there’s more hard work ahead to achieve the consistency needed to win trophies.

“But we see positive signs on the pitch and the training ground that reinforce our belief in the progress being made by Ole, his coaching team and the players.”

Here’s what United fans on Twitter had to say about Woodward’s recent comments.
