Manchester United rose to see off Istanbul 4-1 in tonight’s important Champions League clash at Old Trafford. Tonight’s convincing win sees the Reds cement their place at the top of Group H’s table and are now within touching distance of reaching the knockout rounds.

A first-half magical display from midfielder Bruno Fernandes ultimately sealed the Turkish side’s fate with a successful Marcus Rashford spot-kick adding insult to injury.

The Reds now head into matchday five in the Champions League just one win away from qualification but a mid-week tie against PSG will probably not be as easy as tonight was.
