Confirmed Manchester United XI vs West Brom: Telles to make first Premier League appearance

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named his starting eleven to take on West Brom tonight in the Premier League.

Manchester United are looking for their first home win in the league this season and West Brom, who sit in 18th, should be swept away by the team that the manager has named tonight.

This is a chance to get our season back on track after an impressive win over Everton prior to the November international break.

Solskjaer had some big decisions to make on who makes the team and who doesn’t. This is the starting XI he has decided will face West Brom: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Lindelof, Telles; Fred, Matic, Mata; B. Fernandes, Rashford, Martial.

Solskjaer has opted for experience in midfield by starting Nemanja Matic ahead of Scott McTominay, as called by Jonathan Shrager before the official team announcement.

The bench is as follows: Henderson, Tuanzebe, Williams, James, McTominay, Van de Beek, Cavani.

Whatever you think of the line-up tonight, it’s good enough to beat West Brom and there can be no excuses if they fail to do that.

It looks like Manchester City will lose to Tottenham, with this game now being an opportunity to overtake Pep Guardiola’s side in the Premier League table.
