Video: Ray Parlour slams Alexis Sanchez, claims a player shouldn’t have his mentality

Former Premier League player Ray Parlour has slammed ex-Manchester United flop Alexis Sanchez after his abysmal transfer in 2018 claiming that his mentality is not right for a professional footballer.

Sanchez, 31, famously joined United from rivals Arsenal in January 2018 in a move which saw midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan go the other way.

The Chilean’s switch to the Reds will go down as arguably the worst transfer in history after the attacker failed miserably to impress and was sat earning a reported £560,000-per week, including bonuses, as per Daily Mail.

The attacker recently took to his social media to launch a scathing attack on his former club and claimed that he asked his agent if he could rip his contract up after just one day and return to Arsenal.

In light of Sanchez’s unbelievable claims, TalkSPORT guest Ray Parlour has slammed the attacker saying that his mentality shouldn’t be one a professional footballer has.
