Confirmed changes to Man United Europa League squad

Manchester United have confirmed an updated 30-man squad for the Europa League.

The Reds take on LASK at Old Trafford on Wednesday – and go into the second leg clash with a 5 away goal advantage.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made some changes to this Europa League squad ahead of the round-of-16 clash with the Austrian side. It will be the first time the players model next season’s home kit, launched today after being designed by Adidas.

It’s an 8pm kick-off and you will be able to catch match coverage before, throughout and after the game on Stretty News. Follow @StrettyNews on Twitter for more immediate updates.

Phil Jones has been named in the squad despite being ruled out since the restart with a knee injury.

There’s no room for Luke Shaw and Axel Tuanzebe with both defenders ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Teden Mengi makes the cut with the no.71 shirt number after being called up to train with the first team. He will provide much-needed cover at centre-back and is joined by fellow youth team defender Ethan Laird, who has already make two appearances in the competition this season.

Both have a good chance of making Solskjaer’s starting line-up against LASK.
