Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford has sent the Manchester United fan base into an excited frenzy after his latest social media post which features both himself and long-term United target Jadon Sancho.
United have been linked with Borussia Dortmund winger Sancho for the best part of 12 months and speculation has only grown after the 20-year-old endured one of Europe’s most impressive campaigns.
The young Englishman boasts 33 domestic goal contributions in just 25 starts this season which helped his side push German giants Bayern Munich all the way to the Bundesliga title.
In the latest development in the Sancho saga, according to Sky Sports News, United are ‘confident’ a deal can be struck between themselves and Dortmund.
The report states that the Reds are growing increasingly more confident that they can secure their number one target but does include that Dortmund are remaining firm in their £109m valuation.
However, United fans have been sent into another Sancho induced frenzy this afternoon after English attacker Marcus Rashford posted what is being perceived as a subtle and cryptic clue suggesting his compatriot Sancho will soon be a United player.
