Thomas Tuchel has discussed PSG move for Marcus Rashford with key club figures

Marcus Rashford to PSG? Surely not.

According to The Independent, Paris Saint-Germain manager Thomas Tuchel wants to sign Marcus Rashford this summer.

Miguel Delaney claims the German sees Rashford as a top target and has been discussing the idea with leading figures at PSG. He would ‘probably’ be willing to pay over £100m for the Manchester United forward, the journalist adds.

A quote from an Independent source claims the PSG boss thinks England “don’t realise how good a player Rashford is”, but I can assure you, Mr. Tuchel, that Manchester certainly does.

Whatever others in England think about Rashford, he’s going nowhere and I doubt he wants to even if the article in question claims his camp would be willing to listen to interested parties…

Rashford would fit into any team and he’s reaching a level now I think there’s not a manager in the world who wouldn’t have him in his starting line-up.

Delaney’s report notes how there was interest from Barcelona last year but they didn’t act at the time because it would be too difficult to do a deal with United. They went on to sign World Cup-winner Antoine Griezmann instead.

However, it is suggested that PSG would be prepared to go stronger in a move for Rashford.

It would amaze us if Rashford looked for a move away from United but that’s not the say the report shares false information. Tuchel admires Rashford like I’m sure Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admires Kylian Mbappe.
