Video: Man United target Alassane Plea provides glorious assist for Monchengladbach

The Bundesliga’s return gives Manchester United fans the perfect opportunity to make their own verdict on some of the club’s reported targets.

Bayern Leverkusen star Kai Havertz is stealing all the headlines at the moment, and rightly so after netting his fourth goal in two games.

The 20-year-old versatile attacker is in electric form at the moment which will have no doubt caught the eye of United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Havertz’ goal against Borussia Monchengladbach means no player in Bundesliga history has scored more goals than the youngster before their 21st birthday.

Another player United are said to be looking at is Monchengladbach forward Alassane Plea, who has also impressed in the fixture this afternoon.

As reported by the Evening Standard, United have already been in contact with the Frenchman’s representatives as they look to bolster their attack this summer.

Plea played a wonderful pass through to striker Marcus Thuram who scored Monchengladbach’s equaliser just after the break, and is another talent for United fans to watch out for in the coming weeks.
