Manchester United have released fifteen players this summer in what is their biggest ever summer-clearout.
The Reds have chosen not to give a new contract to club captain Antonio Valencia, who had already confirmed he will leave the club this summer. Meanwhile, Ander Herrera looks set to join French champions PSG on a free transfer.
Juan Mata, however, has been offered a new deal to stay at Old Trafford with his current deal set to run out at the end of this month. The 31-year-old was expected by many to leave this summer after failing to make much of an impact since the arrival of new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Academy departures include 23-year-old James Wilson, who has never been able to establish himself following loan spells at Brighton, Derby, Sheffield United and most recently at Aberdeen.
Regan Poole, who reached the League Two play-off final with Newport this season, is also on the list of departures.
