This comes from Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, known as the Transfer Godfather to some of his followers on Twitter, and he made the claims via Sky Sports Italia.

According to The Metro, United want around £80m for Lukaku and the club will keep their hard-line stance until their asking price is met.
United must not think Icardi is worth the same amount as Lukaku, or else it could be a matter of manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer simply not wanting the Argentina international in return.
Gazzeta dello Sport claim Inter are open to selling Icardi though, so it makes sense that they would try to put him into a deal for a player they’d prefer to have next season.
Icardi has had his differences with Inter but the whole spat became very public, thanks to his agent and wife Wanda, and I don’t think that looks very appealing from a United point of view. We have enough bad eggs in the dressing room.
