Grant will be United’s third choice keeper behind David de Gea and Sergio Romero. His arrival will allow the likes of Joel Pereira to go out on loan to continue his development with regular first-team football.

However, United fans aren’t too happy about signing a player past his best before date. They’ve let their feelings known on Twitter.
Grant is likely to arrive on a free, so I can’t help but feel some are overreacting ever so slightly.
It looks like he will be Mourinho’s third summer signing after Diogo Dalot and Fred.

Great. Good business. I dont think we need anymore signings now. Team so good, probably win the world cup too if allowed to participate.
