Chelsea and Spurs eye Liverpool target with Man Utd preparing £60m Willian bid

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing talented young Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic as they face real interest from Manchester United in Willian.

The Blues will need to replace Willian should he leave the club this summer and the same will be said if they lose Eden Hazard to Real Madrid, as per Daily Star.

According to the Telegraph, Chelsea would like to sign a young player like Pulisic or United starlet Anthony Martial, although potential Antonio Conte replacement Maurizio Sarri would like to bring Dries Mertens from Napoli.

Pulisic is an exciting prospect and USA’s main star on the international stage. His valuation would go through the roof had they qualified for the World Cup, but luckily for Chelsea, they can work on a potential deal during and after the competition.

Former Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp has continuously been speculated as keen to take Pulisic to Liverpool, as reported on the official Liverpool website, although that transfer never materialised.

The Telegraph also states that Spurs are among Pulisic’s admirers and they’ve also been linked with a move for Martial.

This goes hand-in-hand with a recent Daily Mail claim that Willian remains a top target for United boss Jose Mourinho, who wants to reunite with a player he initially brought to Stamford Bridge and is willing to splash a further £60 million to bolster his attack.
