Manchester United 22-man squad travel to London for FA Cup final

Erik ten Hag’s squad have left Manchester for the FA Cup final against Man City in what could be the manager’s final match in charge.

The speculation about the Dutchman’s future has been non-stop in the lead-up to his second FA Cup final as United manager. People seem quick to forget the how the team overachieved in Ten Hag’s first season in charge, and they’re unwilling to take the lows with a disappointing campaign.

That said, we still fully expect Ten Hag to focus on winning the FA Cup this weekend. If he is to get sacked, why not do it with a trophy under your arm?

United took the train to London for the final on Friday afternoon. The manager was last on board the train, in what is believed to be a superstitious ritual for Ten Hag, as per the Manchester Evening News.

The same publication has shared a list of United’s 22-man squad that travelled to London via train.

Hopefully, they’re enjoying a successful evening at Wembley tomorrow.
