Alejandro Garnacho reacts on social media after being hauled off at half-time vs Bournemouth

That fallout from Manchester United’s latest disappointing display has commenced and this time, Alejandro Garnacho is one of the main talking points from the game against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Garnacho only played the opening 45 minutes before being hauled off by Erik ten Hag, with Amad Diallo coming on to replace the Argentinian winger.

The decision to take Garnacho off left some supporters stunned and the player himself posted a cryptic reaction to the game on Instagram, as seen below.

There were also interesting activities on Garnacho’s official X account, with the former Atletico Madrid youngster ‘liking’ tweets taking aim at the manager’s post-match comments.

Ten Hag has been involved in his fair share of disputes since he took over in 2022 but public spats have been dealt with in ruthless fashion.

The second Jadon Sancho took his issues with Ten Hag to the public, his fate at the club under the Dutchman was sealed and he was never to be seen again on the pitch.

You would hope that Garnacho has better advisers but unfortunately, this will cause quite a stir in the aftermath of this game.

Ten Hag is due to speak to the media in the build-up to next weekend’s FA Cup semi-final and hopefully, everything has cooled down by then.
