Manchester United were involved in yet another dramatic ending in the Premier League, with two goals in stoppage time culminating in a 1-1 draw at Brentford earlier this weekend.
Mason Mount broke the deadlock in the 96th minute with his first goal for the club but just three minutes later, the hosts equalised and ensured the spoils were shared.
Neal Maupay, more known for his tweets than impact on the pitch, had his fun on social media after the game, sending a dig Scott McTominay’s way after the game.
The Frenchman posted a picture of the pair in a tussle, calling McTominay a ‘fan’ and that the Scotland international was ‘desperate’ for the forward’s shirt.
As expected, Maupay’s antics online have gained traction and now, dart sensation Luke Littler has hit back at the Everton flop.
The story was covered online by SportBIBLE, with Littler commenting ‘talks more than he scores’.
Luke Littler responded to Neal Maupay’s latest wind-up comment after Brentford’s clash with Man United last night 🎯😅
It comes after Maupay joked Scott McTominay was a ‘fan desperate for my shirt’ with a photo of the Scottish midfielder holding his shirt 👕😂 pic.twitter.com/Iq6VKp59ov

Maupay responded to Littler’s comment on Twitter almost immediately, posting a video of the dart star and seemingly going after Littler for his appearance with the caption: “Talk about a big fish.”
It’s far from the last time Maupay will be in the headlines for off-the-pitch nonsense.
I’m a Brentford fan… yet Neil Maupay’s repeated mouthing-off this season is bringing us into disrepute. ‘Our way’ is talking with your boots Neil!
