Throughout his career, Rasmus Hojlund has had the opportunity to play with several elite football players.
In addition to playing with other elite players at the international level and Serie A club Atalanta, he has shared the field with Raphael Varane and Casemiro, two multi-time Champions League winners. French centre-back Varane is also a World Cup winner with France in 2018.
When Hojlund was asked to select the finest player he has ever played with on JD Sports’ TikTok, he was trapped between two Manchester United players.
In fact, Hojlund claims that Marcus Rashford or Bruno Fernandes are the two finest players he has ever played alongside.
“Who is the best player you’ve ever played with?” Hojlund was asked.
“Like in terms of ability? Probably Marcus or Bruno,” Hojlund said.
Even though Rashford has not been at his best this season, Hojlund named him along with Bruno Fernandes as the best player he has played with. Bruno has been in fine form this season for the club and has lead United brilliantly.
Hojlund has been enjoying his time at United recently, having scored in five Premier League games in a row.
After scoring the winner against Aston Villa in a 3-2 win on Boxing Day, Hojlund hasn’t looked back.
His movement and link up play, along with his finishing has been crucial to United’s run of six matches without a defeat.
The 21-year old has finally settled at the club after his big money move from Atalanta in the summer and United are reaping the rewards now.
In 19 Premier League matches this season, Hojlund has scored five goals and provided two assists. While in the Champions, the Dane has been more successful having scored five goals in six matches.
