Cardiff City consider summer move for Manchester United loanee

Manchester United loanee Will Fish is reportedly attracting interest from EFL clubs.

The Reds have already sent seven players on loan this month but Fish was sent to Hibernian at the beginning of the campaign, but his second stint on loan at the club.

Fish, 20, has been enjoying his second spell at the Scottish club, making a total 28 appearances so far this season.

According to The Athletic, Cardiff City are one of the teams ‘showing interest’ in the centre-back ahead of a potential permanent deal in the summer.

Fish signed a long-term deal to keep him at United until 2025, with the option of a further year.

That means we’re not under pressure to accept a fee below our own valuation of the player when clubs come knocking on the door at the end of the season.

Fish is set to spend the rest of the season at Hibernian, but he could be on the move elsewhere in the summer.
