17 y/o defender signs first professional contract at Manchester United

Manchester United’s Jaydan Kamason has signed his first professional contract with the club.

The 17-year-old defender puts pen to paper to become the first player from the Emerging Talent Porgramme (ETP) scheme to sign a professional contract with Manchester United.

The ETP scheme delivers a range of projects in the community that ensure as many children as possible have the change to engage with United and see how one of the most respected Academies operates.

This obviously comes as positive news because it will forever go down as a milestone moment in Kamason’s career – wherever football takes him, though he will hope his future is at Old Trafford where he can play at the highest level.

Kamason, who currently plays for the U18s, has been at United since he was 10-years-old and he would have always dreamt of this moment, which is now reality.
