(Photos) Manchester United granted huge fitness boosts as three players spotted in training

Manchester United players have returned from international duty and begun their preparations for Saturday’s Premier League clash vs Sheffield United.

Numerous Reds departed to represent their nations over the break and unfortunately, Casemiro sustained an injury while playing for Brazil; it has been confirmed today that he will miss this weekend’s game and is yet to make the trip back to England as he looks to recover as quickly as possible.

Erik ten Hag has been dealt some positive fitness boosts, though, as Sergio Reguilon, Raphael Varane and Sofyan Amrabat all trained with the squad today.

The latter missed both of Morocco’s fixtures with an unspecified injury – according to Al Ayam  – and withdrew from the camp to return to Manchester, however, he is seemingly fit and ready to face the Blades.

Both defenders missed the win over Brentford and Reguilon last made an appearance in the trip to Turf Moor on September 23.
