Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire help England on way to Euro 2024 qualification

Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford featured for England tonight as they booked their spot at Euro 2024.

The Manchester United forward linked up beautifully with Jude Bellingham to score a scintillating second-half goal that gave the Three Lions the lead over Italy before Harry Kane made sure of a victory with his late strike.

Maguire also returned to the starting line-up this evening and played the full 90 minutes as Gareth Southgate’s side saw out a hard-earned victory.

Reds will be seeking Euros redemption

England have now secured their place at next year’s tournament in Germany and the United players will be doing their utmost on the pitch to ensure they’re making the trip next summer to represent their nation.

Top form will be crucial and the Three Lions regulars Rashford, Maguire, Luke Shaw and Mason Mount will all be hoping to receive a call-up to make amends for their Euros heartbreak in 2021; they tasted defeat in the final at Wembley after a penalty shootout loss.
