Manchester United winger Antony has been pictured heading to the police station to tackle several allegations of domestic abuse that were made against him.
According to The Sun, Antony has voluntarily headed to the police station to face questions regarding his ex-girlfriend’s claims. The Manchester United star was seen leaving his home in Hale Barns before 4pm this afternoon.
Antony landed back in Manchester Airport on Monday night after flying from Sao Paulo. It is believed he contacted Greater Manchester Police and offered himself up for questioning.

A source told The Sun: “Antony is adamant he has not done nothing wrong and wants to sit down with officers and let them ask him questions.
“He has nothing to hide and will hand over anything they want to see including his mobile phone.
“He wants to be exonerated as quickly as possible so he can get on with his football career again without any distractions.”
One would think that Antony is doing this to help get his football career back on track sooner rather than later. He is said to be planning to hand his phone over to officers to help with their investigation into the matter, as per The Times.
Antony is currently on indefinite leave from the club.
The Brazilian winger has already denied claims that he attacked Gabriela Cavallin. However, she claims the attacks led to a sliced finger and head wound.
