Jadon Sancho exiled from all first-team facilities as feud with Erik ten Hag drags on

Jadon Sancho is not willing to change his tune so Erik ten Hag can be forgiven for refusing to budge on his stance after banishing the winger from first-team duties.

According to The Mirror, Sancho has been exiled from all first-team facilities at United – including the team dining room – but he is refusing to apologise to Ten Hag.

That means Sancho is not only training on his own, but he is spending the duration of his time at Carrington away from his teammates. Ten Hag obviously feels he can’t be trusted and I think everyone can see why after his ill-advised statement on social media, which suggested the manager had lied.

Ten Hag responded in the right manner by exiling Sancho from training but the 23-year-old has now been barred from using all first-team facilities at Carrington.

Sancho has been forced to eat alongside academy players following his fall-out with Ten Hag. That must be an eye-opener for the youngsters (a lesson how not to behave as a first-team player).

The report also states that Sancho and Ten Hag has reached an “impasse”, with no way back for the player until he decides to apologise.

A United source told The Mirror: “There is an easy way to resolve this situation, which is for Jadon to say sorry to the manager. Something has to give – and it won’t be the manager.”

Sancho’s last appearance for United came in the 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest. It remains to be seen if that was his final outing in a Red shirt. He seems to forget that Ten Hag afforded hime plenty of time to deal with the challenges he faced last season.

It’s up to Sancho to swallow his pride but I think we’ve seen him blow his chance. He can only blame himself.
